- Integrate AI tooling such as agents, skills, workflows, pipelines, and test or development harnesses into engineering processes.
- Design systems that can effectively leverage AI capabilities.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for architectural innovation.
- Apply AI pipelines and context-engineering approaches at system and architecture level.
- Use tools such as Claude Code or comparable agentic coding solutions where appropriate.
Technical Leadership
- Coach Engineers and technical Leads on architecture and engineering best practices.
- Establish reusable architectural patterns and reference implementations.
- Contribute to architecture principles, standards, and technical guidelines.
- Actively participate in and shape the architecture community.
- Provide technical guidance and architectural decision-making across engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Security stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience as a Software Architect, Solution Architect, or similar senior technical architecture role.
- Proven architectural responsibility within large-scale, distributed SaaS or enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated ability to make complex technical decisions and drive architecture initiatives.
- Outstanding university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline, preferably with strong academic performance.
