Solutions Architect

We’re seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions while modernizing a complex, legacy technology environment in a regulated industry. This role combines hands-on architecture with strategic influence—owning end-to-end solution design, identifying high-impact AI use cases, and building scalable, secure integrations that extend core systems without disruption. You’ll partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategy into executable roadmaps, establish architectural standards, and deliver practical, production-ready solutions that drive measurable business value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive technology experience, including 5+ years in architecture or senior engineering roles
• Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Strong expertise in integration patterns (APIs, event-driven, microservices, legacy systems)
• Experience working in regulated industries (insurance, financial services, or healthcare preferred)

Duties:

• Lead AI use case discovery and deliver pilot solutions
• Design architectures to modernize and integrate legacy systems
• Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices
• Partner with stakeholders to turn strategy into executable solutions

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000
