💼 What You’ll Do

• Define, own, and drive the company’s short-, mid-, and long-term product vision and strategy.
• Translate company objectives into clear product goals, domain strategies, and squad-level execution plans.
• Build, scale, and lead a domain-based product organization, managing Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Oversee multiple cross-functional squads aligned to strategic product domains.
• Lead annual and quarterly product planning processes and present roadmap and performance updates to executive leadership.
• Ensure all product initiatives align with company OKRs, revenue targets, and long-term growth strategy.
• Make high-impact strategic decisions balancing data, business priorities, customer needs, and technical constraints.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management across all domains and squads.
• Drive data-informed prioritization and ensure measurable business outcomes for each initiative.
• Define and monitor key product KPIs (e.g., match rate, wait time, conversion, retention, revenue impact).
• Lead the company-wide experimentation strategy including hypothesis design, A/B testing, feature validation, and performance analysis.
• Ensure proper data and event tracking strategies are defined and implemented before feature releases.
• Deeply analyze user behavior to optimize user journeys and identify scalable growth opportunities.
• Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Data, and Analytics teams.
• Establish clear ownership, accountability, and performance standards across the product organization.
• Foster a high-performance product culture focused on impact, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct ongoing market monitoring, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend analysis.
• Act as the primary product representative in executive and stakeholder communications.
• Champion Agile/Scrum excellence, ensuring high-quality discovery, prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery.

✅ Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 12+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of Product Managers and/or Product Owners.
• Proven experience managing domain-based product structures and multiple cross-functional squads.
• Strong track record of owning and delivering company-level product strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience operating at scale in data-driven environments.
• Advanced analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets and writing SQL queries when needed.
• Strong experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product discovery practices.
• Experience defining and scaling MVPs into full product lines.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with UX analytics tools (Hotjar, UXCam, Crazy Egg) and GA4 is a plus.
• E-commerce or marketplace experience is a strong advantage.
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership presence and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
