System Architect Director

该职位来源于猎聘 Position Description: This position will be responsible the system level architecture of SoC, software and platform focusing on automotive cockpit, ADAS, gateway and industrial applications. The System Architect will work in SiEngine Engineering team in Shanghai, Beijing or Wuhan. Main Responsibility:

• Lead the technical effort to define and design the system architecture for SiEngine SoC, platform and software. Drive the team to focus on the key areas research and development of both silicon enablement and enhancement: SoC software/hardware co-design, system performance, system power and automotive applications focusing on cockpit, ADAS, gateway and industrial.
• Work closely with Product Management team and key customers to help summarize customer requirement from the technical perspective, transform the marketing requirement to product requirement from system level. Support SoC architect and Software architect to create the SoC and Software requirement and architecture.
• Optimize the system architecture to generate the best SoC, Software and System performance and optimize the system power consumption.
• Set up the process to work with internal IPT team, IC team, Software team, Platform team, System Engineering team and Integration Testing team on new technology research and system solution for EE structure, cockpit, autonomous driving and central computing.
• Work closely with SiEngine BD/Marketing team to help customers to create the best system architecture and design efficient system solution based on SiEngine SoC, Software and platforms, and support customer on functions and performance optimization. . Required Skills:
• Minimum of 15 years engineering development experience focusing on system architecture, SoC architecture or software architecture.
• Strong knowledge in system architecture design and programming. Familiar on IC design and software development process. Familiar with at least two of the following processors architecture: ARMv8, PowerPC, MIPS or x86, and at least two of the following operating systems: Linux, Android, QNX or VxWorks, as well as virtualization technology.
• Familiar with Automotive EE structure, hardware architecture and software architecture, applications on Cockpit, entertainment, autonomous driving architecture and algorithm.
• Engineering team management experience including people management, resource management and project management is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork adaptability, good oral and written English skills, self-motivated. Education Requirement:
• Academic degree from China top universities with major on Computer Science, EE or Automation etc.
