About the Role

Support the CIO in formulating the company's global IT infrastructure and office IT strategy, define roadmaps, establish key initiatives, and lead the implementation of the global IT infrastructure strategy and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Align with the company's business strategy, accurately understand the business development requirements for IT infrastructure, proactively plan IT infrastructure, and establish a reliable, resilient, stable, cost-optimized, and compliant IT infrastructure to support the company's global business expansion.
• Establish an efficient operation and maintenance service system that is process-oriented, standardized, and automated.
• Achieve continuous cost reduction and efficiency improvement at the infrastructure layer through ongoing operations.
• Build a unified global user office collaboration platform and services.
• Continuously improve the user experience and enhance user service satisfaction.
• Based on the company's strategy and IT development needs, build team capabilities and talent pipelines, and proactively reserve relevant skills for the future.

Qualifications

Full-time bachelor's degree or above.

Required Skills

• More than 10 years of work experience in the IT infrastructure field, with over 3 years of experience in operations management.
• Led the design of IT infrastructure architecture for large multinational corporations, with prior experience in industries such as finance, energy, internet, and high-tech manufacturing preferred.
• Strong cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills.
• Continuous learning ability, diligence, professionalism, excellent teamwork, cost-consciousness, high self-motivation, and results-oriented mindset.
