Director Technology Innovation

Position Overview

Lead the overall innovation and open R&D strategy across nutrition, functional ingredients, and food technologies. Drive new product development, technology advancement, and commercialization to enhance industry competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop mid‑ to long‑term innovation strategies and manage the R&D project portfolio.
• Lead new product and technology development from concept to commercial launch.
• Oversee multidisciplinary R&D teams and strengthen organizational capability.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure project success.
• Provide technical support for key customers and manage external research partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and enhance laboratory quality systems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Food Science, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields.
• 10+ years of Innovation R&D experience in food, nutrition, or functional ingredients; 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in dietary supplements, functional foods, sports nutrition, botanical extracts, and active ingredients.
• Proven ability to lead full‑cycle product development.
• Strategic, innovative, and execution‑driven leadership.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• International or multinational company experience preferred.
