Indexed description

Recharge is one of the leading operators of EV charging in the Nordic region. Each day, thousands of drivers depend on our chargers performing exactly as intended. We are seeking a Head of Network Operations to assume responsibility for the operation, quality and continued development of how Recharge runs its Nordic charging network. You will lead Network Operations across ChargerOps, SiteOps, TechOps, Projects and Customer Excellence, holding overall responsibility for availability, operational quality and continuous improvement across the Nordic charging network.

Insight, experience and data from customers, customer service, operations and the charging network form an important basis for how Recharge develops its products, services, technology and ways of working. You will collaborate closelywith teams across Commercial, Revenue and Technology to ensure that such insight, experience and operational data inform the development of new solutions, the improvement of existing ones and the setting of priorities. Software, data, automation and artificial intelligence are becoming increasingly important tools for improving how we operate and develop the business. We are therefore seeking a leader who is equally comfortable with physicalinfrastructure, technology and operational delivery, and who recognises the opportunities that new technology offers for better decisions, improved ways of working and stronger results.

To succeed, you must be able to balance innovation and change with stable operations, high quality and the efficient use of resources. You must be capable of prioritising the initiatives that create the greatest value for customers and thebusiness, while safeguarding the infrastructure on which customers depend every single day.

Who are we looking for

We are seeking an experienced leader who can demonstrate strong results from complex operational, technology or infrastructure environments. You are comfortable with both operational matters and long-term priorities, and you understand the relationship between infrastructure, technology, data and the experience delivered to customers. You bring experience from organisations where software forms an important part of the services delivered to customers, and where physical infrastructure and digital services must operate seamlessly together.

You are also curious about how automation and artificial intelligence can be applied in practice. You need not be an expert, but you follow developments closely and recognise the opportunities that new technology offers for improved waysof working and stronger results. You regard development as an integral part of the leadership role and contribute actively with insight from customers, customer service and operations as products, services, technology and ways of working are developed further. A background in the charging industry is not a requirement. Relevant candidates may come from a range of industries and disciplines. What matters most is proven experience from environments where operations, quality, technology and continuous development are central.

We aslo expect that you bring

  • Experience from leadership roles with responsibility for operations, technology, infrastructure or similarly complex operational environments.
  • A demonstrated record of leading, developing and delivering.
  • Experience in combining operational responsibility with long-term development and strategic priorities.
  • Relevant higher education.
  • Strong communication skills in a Scandinavian language, together with professional spoken and written English.

We offer a central leadership role in a Nordic company dedicated to advancing electric mobility and sustainable transport. You will set the direction for how Recharge operates and develops one of the Nordic region’s largest charging networks, and contribute actively to the development of products, services, technology and ways of working across the company.
