Technology Delivery Partner

The person responsible for turning METUB's technology initiatives from "ready to launch" into "actively adopted by real users." You own an initiative end-to-end—from rollout to successful go-live.

Why This Role Exists

At METUB, AI has significantly accelerated how fast we can build products. Building is no longer the bottleneck.

The real challenge is getting those products into the hands of users, driving adoption, and aligning multiple business units to make them work in reality.

That's what this role owns.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of company initiatives from the product backlog and drive them to successful adoption by real users. Most initiatives are technically ready—they simply haven't been operationalized.
• Work directly with Business Units (meLive, MMusic, Brand Partnership, and Shared Services) to resolve the inevitable operational challenges that arise after deployment.
• Own a broad spectrum of initiatives. Some involve AI products; others involve rolling out new workflows, preparing documentation, coordinating approvals, or following through until teams actually adopt new ways of working. Not every project is glamorous—and that's part of the job.
• Build lightweight tools or MVPs yourself whenever possible instead of waiting for engineering resources.
• Own a product or initiative through its entire lifecycle: launch, measure, iterate, and close. No handoffs midway.
• Know when to say no. Be able to recommend shutting down initiatives that no longer create value—and defend your reasoning with confidence.

Who We're Looking For

• A versatile operator who understands both technology and business—someone who can have meaningful conversations with engineers and Business Unit leaders on the same day.
• Uses AI (Claude, ChatGPT, LLMs, etc.) as an everyday working tool—not as something you've recently experimented with. AI should fundamentally change how you work. If you've built products, automated workflows, or shipped solutions using AI without relying heavily on engineering teams, we'd love to hear about it.
• Obsessed with shipping. We care far more about what you've successfully delivered than how busy you've been.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity. Technical skills can be learned and you'll receive guidance where needed. What matters most is your ability to take an unclear problem, create structure, and drive it to completion.
• Willing to handle operational and administrative work when it becomes the critical path to go-live.
• Comfortable with an ownership model where one person owns one initiative from start to finish.

Nice to Have

• A hybrid background in both business and technology (e.g., business-trained professionals who transitioned into tech, or engineers with strong commercial understanding).
• Startup or founder experience.
• Experience building your own products.
• Experience in the Creator Economy, Live Commerce, or MCN industry.

You'll report directly to the CTO.

We operate with a flat structure and clear ownership—everyone knows who owns what and who ships what.

During your onboarding, you'll receive close guidance—not to micromanage, but to help you quickly understand the business context. Once you're up to speed, you'll have full ownership of your initiatives.
