ABOUT THE ROLE

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is looking for a senior manufacturing transformation professional to lead the development of new technologies, production lines, automation and major CAPEX projects.

🔹Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology scouting and manufacturing innovation across food processing, packaging and automation.
• Drive the development of new production lines and major manufacturing upgrades, from concept through commissioning and ramp-up.
• Identify and implement automation and advanced manufacturing solutions, including robotics, machine vision, IoT, AI and predictive maintenance.
• Lead CAPEX projects, including business case development, technical evaluation, OEM/vendor selection, budgeting and project execution.
• Manage FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning and ramp-up, ensuring targets for capacity, OEE, yield, quality and cost are achieved.
• Build partnerships with global OEMs, technology providers and engineering partners.
• Develop the company’s long-term manufacturing technology roadmap.

🔹 Ideal Profile

• 12–15+ years of experience in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, Industrial Projects or CAPEX Projects.
• Proven track record delivering new production lines and manufacturing technologies from concept to stable operation.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing equipment, process engineering and automation.
• Strong understanding of CAPEX, ROI and manufacturing economics.
• Experience working with international OEMs and technology providers.
• Background in food/meat, FMCG, dairy, beverage or advanced manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Experience in meat processing, packaging, refrigeration/cold chain or food automation is a strong advantage.
