The Role

We are seeking a Head of AI / VP R&D to define and execute our artificial intelligence strategy from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone who wants to build practical tools that drive immediate revenue and operational efficiency. You will work directly with our media buying and product teams to turn AI theory into a massive technical edge.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define the AI vision across all business units, including mobile acquisition and programmatic platforms.
  • Build and implement internal AI tools that support our media buying teams.
  • Help managers automate reporting and complex decision-making workflows to scale operations.
  • Stay at the forefront of modern AI, testing and applying the latest tools at a pace others can't match.
  • Use data-driven models and smart automation to squeeze every bit of performance out of our platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with modern AI tools, including Claude, code-based AI platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • A solid understanding of the performance marketing ecosystem is essential
  • Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, paid social (Facebook, Native), and the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs/SSPs).
  • Demonstrated experience leading R&D or significant AI initiatives.
