We are looking for an exceptional Technical Leader who can drive architecture, technical
excellence, and platform scalability while remaining deeply involved in solving complex
engineering challenges.
Role Overview
As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of critical
products and platform services. You will lead architectural decisions, influence engineering
standards, solve complex technical problems, and guide teams in building scalable, reliable,
and high-performance systems.
This is a highly technical role requiring strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud
architecture, software design, performance optimization, and modern engineering practices. The
ideal candidate is passionate about building great software, enjoys working on challenging
technical problems, and leads through technical depth and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & System Design:
- Design and evolve highly scalable, resilient, and secure SaaS platforms.
- Define architecture standards, design principles, and engineering best practices.
- Lead technical design reviews and architecture discussions across teams.
- Drive modernization initiatives and platform evolution.
- Design distributed systems capable of handling large-scale workloads and future growth.
- Ensure systems are built for performance, observability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Act as the technical authority for key business-critical systems and services.
- Drive engineering excellence through high standards for design, code quality, testing,
- Review complex designs and critical code paths.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technical leads.
- Identify technical risks early and develop pragmatic solutions.
- Influence technology decisions across multiple teams and products.
- Contribute hands-on to architecture, design, and implementation of critical platform
- Build scalable APIs, backend services, and cloud-native applications.
- Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Drive adoption of reusable frameworks, shared services, and engineering accelerators.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues.
- Architect and optimize solutions on AWS.
- Drive containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure automation initiatives.
- Implement scalable deployment strategies and resilient cloud architectures.
- Improve observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing.
- Partner with DevOps teams to continuously improve deployment reliability and platform
AI-Enabled Engineering
- Leverage modern AI capabilities to improve engineering productivity, software quality,
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices across teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify practical opportunities to accelerate

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 10–15 years of software engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale SaaS products.
- Strong experience working in high-growth product engineering environments.
- Deep expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native
- Track record of solving complex scalability, performance, and reliability challenges.
