What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of data architects and engineers, elevating skills, collaboration, and delivery
• Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for data architecture aligned with company objectives
• Architect, design, and optimize data models, data warehouses, and data lakes supporting high-volume analytics and transactional workloads
• Champion data architecture best practices, standards, and modern design patterns
• Oversee ELT pipelines, master data, and enterprise data integration strategies focused on automation, resilience, and quality
• Drive data governance frameworks and quality management processes for regulatory compliance and trusted decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineering, data science, and business teams
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and platforms to optimize cost, security, and scalability

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and database design
• 2+ years in a senior, lead, or managerial role — you know how to grow people and deliver results
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Snowflake, dbt, Confluent/Kafka, NoSQL, and ELT pipelines
• Proven ability to design and enforce scalable, high-performance enterprise data architectures
• Strong leadership and communication skills — you can inspire a team and influence at every level
• A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Certifications such as Certified Solutions Architect or Certified Data Architect are a plus
