ROLE: Wireless SoC Architect
LOCATION: Neuchâtel, Switzerland
SALARY: 135K CHF

Role:
An exciting opportunity for a Principal Wireless SoC Architect to lead the architecture and development of next-generation low-power wireless SoCs. This role will drive system-level design, define technical direction, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver innovative semiconductor solutions from concept through to production.
Responsibilities:
- Define end-to-end wireless SoC architecture and system partitioning.
- Lead technical alignment across RF, analog, digital, and embedded software teams.
- Optimise system performance, power, area, and cost.
- Oversee SoC integration, including package and PCB considerations.
- Support product roadmap, technology strategy, and system validation.
- Communicate architectural decisions and provide technical leadership across engineering teams.
Requirements:
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years' experience in wireless SoC architecture, RF CMOS, or semiconductor design.
- Proven track record of delivering low-power wireless SoCs to production.
- Strong expertise in wireless system architecture, RF integration, and system-level design.
- Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Knowledge of Bluetooth LE or other low-power wireless protocols is advantageous.
- Experience with advanced process nodes (22nm or below) and ultra-low-power design is a plus.
- Fluent English is essential; French would be an advantage.
