Fractional CPO – Complex Tech Transformations

Mid to large companies require a senior leader to take full ownership of complex tech transformations from start to finish. The scope spans the full spectrum: repositioning a product, building or rebuilding products and software, implementing core systems such as ERP, e-commerce/Shop, and BI, and managing the refactoring of existing codebases. The role demands someone equally fluent in product strategy and technical delivery, able to set direction and steer execution across heterogeneous system landscapes. Success means transformations that land on outcome, not just on roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own complex tech transformations end-to-end for mid to large companies, from strategy through delivery
• Lead product repositioning and the build or rebuild of products and software
• Drive implementation of core systems including ERP, e-commerce/Shop, and BI
• Oversee managed refactoring of existing codebases
• Align senior stakeholders and steer delivery teams toward guaranteed outcomes

Profile

• Seasoned product and technology leader with senior or C-level experience (CPO, VP Product, or comparable)
• Track record steering complex transformations end-to-end across strategy and delivery
• Equally strong on product vision and technical execution, comfortable owning both
• Excellent senior stakeholder management across business and engineering
• English at a professional working level
