Director of Information Technology

I'm currently partnering with an exciting organisation in Dubai that is looking to appoint a Director of Technology to help shape the next phase of its digital evolution.

This is not a traditional IT leadership role. We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology, thrives in fast paced environments, and has experience building and scaling digital products that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will come from a modern, product led organisation where technology is viewed as a business enabler rather than just a support function.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

• 12+ years of technology leadership experience with recent experience in modern digital businesses

• A strong background delivering customer facing digital products and platforms

• Experience within fast growing organisations, scale ups, or technology driven businesses

• A hands on, delivery focused mindset with the ability to turn strategy into execution

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a passion for building high performing teams

• Experience across digital platforms, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and enterprise systems

We're particularly interested in candidates from organisations where digital customer experience is at the heart of the business.
