At Boutiqaat, we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who can bring clarity to that complexity and keep technology initiatives moving from idea to execution to delivery. You’ll be the person connecting the dots between Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and Technology, ensuring everyone is aligned, risks are visible, dependencies are managed, and delivery stays on track.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Translate business and product requirements into clear plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Build and maintain realistic schedules across Engineering and QA Teams.
• Track daily progress and follow up with task owners.
• Identify delivery slippages early and drive corrective actions.
• Keep teams focused on priorities and committed deliverables.
• Make sure everyone understands what needs to happen, when, and who owns it.
• Complex projects rarely involve one team or one system.
• Coordinate dependencies across: Frontend, Backend, ERP, Integrations, Infrastructure, and Third-Party System.
• Work closely with: Product, Engineering, QA, Engineering Managers, and Business Stakeholders.
• Make sure teams are aligned, dependencies are understood, handoffs are smooth, and one team's delay doesn't unexpectedly become everyone else's problem.
• Identify and manage: Risks, Issues, Blockers, Dependencies, Scope changes, Delivery delays, Bottleneck.
• Plan and facilitate including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews / Demos, Retrospective.
• Ensure Jira accurately reflects ownership, priorities, status, and progress.
• Monitor Work in Progress → Bottlenecks → Context Switching → Delivery Flow → Predictability
• Provide clear, structured updates covering progress, risks, decisions required, and timeline impact.
• Confidently answer the question that matters most: “Are we on track — and what are we doing about it?”
• Work and understanding Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile Delivery, Engineering Workflows, QA, Integrations, and Technical Dependencies.

What You will Bring to table:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Project Management, IT Project Management, or technology delivery roles.
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Experience within product-led, digital, or e-commerce environments.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across multiple technical systems is an advantage.
• Strong experience with Jira or similar project/delivery management platforms.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong understanding of technology delivery and cross-team coordination.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
