Senior Presales Digital Transformation Solutions Architect

E-portal is actively recruiting for the role of Senior Presales Digital Transformation Solutions Architect. In this role, you will act as the department’s broadest business-technology architect. You will be responsible for translating enterprise strategy into transformation roadmaps covering process digitization, application modernization, workflow automation, integration, data flow redesign, platform adoption, and change enablement.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead current-state and future-state assessment workshops spanning business processes, applications, integrations, data, governance, customer journeys, and operating model pain points.
• Design transformation architectures and phased roadmaps that combine process improvements with platform change, integration sequencing, data strategy, security, and adoption planning.
• Shape enterprise application and workflow opportunities across ERP, CX, CRM, ITSM, low-code automation, analytics, and digital adoption.
• Build executive-ready business cases, capability maps, architecture narratives, transformation roadmaps, and operating model recommendations.
• Lead demonstrations, pilot concepts, and solution options involving enterprise applications, workflow platforms, integration layers, and automation services.
• Work with delivery leaders to ensure that presales designs include realistic implementation governance, change management, KPIs, and benefit tracking.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

• A minimum of 11 years’ experience across enterprise architecture, consulting, applications, integration, process transformation, digital platforms, or business technology strategy, with strong client-facing experience in presales or advisory roles.
• The TOGAF Enterprise Architecture certification is must.
• The following certifications are a plus: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional, SAP Certified Professional – Solution Architect – SAP BTP, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, and Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
• A bachelor's degree.
• A master's degree is a plus. Majors required include: enterprise architecture, information systems, business transformation, management, or an MBA.
