Summary

Lead the end-to-end design, build, deployment, and operationalization of a large-scale Agentic AI platform for telecom networks, integrating AI agents across various components.

Responsibilities:

  • Own overall program delivery, budget, governance, and stakeholder management.
  • Define platform roadmap for Agentic AI, Digital Twin, AIOps, and Autonomous Network Operations.
  • Coordinate product, architecture, engineering, data science, MLOps, and telecom domain teams.
  • Drive integration with OSS/BSS, NMS, Data Lakes, CMDB, observability platforms, and vendor ecosystems.
  • Manage multi-vendor environments including notable telecom providers.
  • Define KPIs for network automation, fault reduction, MTTR, SLA compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish AI governance, explainability, model risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Lead executive reporting and steering committees.

Key Requirements:

  • 15+ years in telecom transformation and network automation.
  • Experience in delivery of at least 2 large-scale projects including AIOps platforms and Autonomous Network Operations platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with telecom AI/ML platforms and OSS modernization programs.
  • Strong understanding of 4G/5G RAN, 5G Core, Transport Networks, OSS/BSS and Cloud-native platforms.
  • Proficiency in Agentic AI, MCP, AI orchestration frameworks, RAG, LLMOps, MLOps.
  • Track record of handling programs exceeding €20M.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with vendor ecosystems and multi-vendor environments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks related to AI.
  • Familiarity with performance KPIs related to network operations.
