General Manager

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Oil Laboratory to lead the laboratory’s overall operations, business growth, technical performance, and financial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the Oil Laboratory.

• Develop and implement business plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.

• Manage laboratory operations, quality, technical services, and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Lead, develop, and motivate the laboratory team.

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, costs, and revenue growth.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

• Represent the laboratory with clients, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Laboratory Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 13+ years of relevant experience, including senior management experience in laboratories, oil testing, petroleum, or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of oil analysis, laboratory operations, quality systems, and ISO/IEC 17025.

• Proven experience in business development, financial management, and team leadership.

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in the Saudi market is preferred.
