DevSecOps Manager

We are seeking a DevSecOps Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, overseeing technical, cost, and schedule aspects of software development across multiple programs. The role involves managing the full engineering lifecycle, from design to implementation, ensuring compliance with standards and fostering innovation. Responsibilities include personnel management, performance assessments, staffing, and addressing program milestones and contract issues. The manager will report to the Functional Manager of Mission Systems Products and Solutions and may travel up to 10%. A Bachelor’s degree in STEM and minimum 8 years of engineering experience are required, along with proven leadership in engineering programs and familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, and Digital Transformation. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
