DevSecOps Manager

Seeking a DevSecOps Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team in overseeing complex software development projects. Responsibilities include managing technical, cost, and schedule aspects throughout the entire development lifecycle, from design to implementation, while ensuring compliance with standards and processes. The role involves personnel management, performance assessments, career development, staffing, and addressing program milestones and contract issues.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in STEM or related fields, at least 8 years of engineering experience, and proven leadership in engineering-intensive programs. Knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, and Digital Transformation is essential, along with experience presenting to diverse audiences and the ability to travel up to 10%. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
