We are seeking a Director of Information Technology (IT) & Digital Productivity who will partner closely with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, commercial, and corporate teams to identify and implement scalable technology solutions that create measurable business value. This individual will oversee enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP optimization, data strategy, AI enablement, and digital innovation initiatives globally.

Responsibilities


Strategy & Digital Transformation



  • Develop and execute enterprise IT and digital strategies aligned with business and manufacturing objectives

  • Lead company-wide digital transformation initiatives focused on productivity, operational efficiency, and innovation

  • Identify and implement automation, AI, and digital tools that deliver measurable business impact and ROI

  • Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies, digital trends, and competitive positioning


Data, Analytics & Insights



  • Own and execute the enterprise data strategy, including governance, architecture, and data quality standards

  • Establish scalable data platforms that support advanced analytics, AI, and real-time decision-making

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable insights that improve operational and financial performance

  • Define and track KPIs that measure IT effectiveness, adoption, productivity gains, and business value


IT Operations & Infrastructure



  • Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and support operations across all locations

  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, performance, and service delivery excellence

  • Support ERP and manufacturing systems integration and optimization initiatives

  • Establish governance frameworks for project prioritization, intake, and resource allocation


Cybersecurity & Risk Management



  • Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and business continuity planning

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO

  • Oversee incident response planning, data protection initiatives, and security maturity improvements


Leadership & Team Development



  • Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

  • Drive organizational change management and adoption of new technologies and business processes

  • Foster innovation and improve the employee digital experience across the organization


Project, Vendor & Financial Management



  • Oversee IT project execution to ensure delivery on time and within budget

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party service providers to optimize performance and cost

  • Develop and manage IT budgets while ensuring strategic investment and operational efficiency


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT leadership experience within a mid-sized organization

  • Experience supporting and optimizing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment (Oracle EBS or SAP preferred)

  • Experience managing multi-site or global IT operations

  • Proven success leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives

  • Strong background in cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management

  • Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives and implementing emerging technologies

  • Proficiency with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms

  • Experience managing offshore or nearshore IT resources and vendor ecosystems preferred


Additional Information



  • Travel required as needed to support multiple sites and strategic initiatives
