Integration Lead

Lead the integration future at Nanosonics

Nanosonics is looking for an experienced Integration Lead to shape and deliver the next generation of our AWS-based IoT and Enterprise Applications Integration platform.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, products and business. You'll lead the integration pipeline, drive continuous improvement and partner with global application and product teams to deliver solutions that connect systems, applications, data and IoT products in smarter, more scalable ways.

You'll work across Business Analysis, Data, IT, Product, vendors and technology teams to turn complex requirements into secure, reliable and commercially valuable integration solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll own the integration roadmap and lead multiple initiatives from architecture through to delivery and ongoing improvement. You'll work closely with global teams during development sprints, identify opportunities to simplify and strengthen connectivity, and ensure integration services meet operational, cost and delivery expectations.

You'll be a hands-on technical leader, designing and evolving cloud-native integration solutions across AWS, APIs, microservices and event-driven architectures. You'll bring a strong focus on security, scalability, resilience, monitoring and operational excellence.

You'll also champion API lifecycle management, DevOps and Infrastructure as Code, while working with delivery partners and vendors to make sure initiatives land successfully.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an integration specialist with 10+ years' experience across integration, middleware or enterprise technology, including a strong track record leading complex integration design and delivery.

You have deep, practical experience with AWS integration services, particularly API Gateway, Lambda, IAM, Secrets Manager, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch and WAF. You understand how to design and operate REST APIs, event-driven architectures, microservices and system-to-system integrations at enterprise scale.

You bring strong knowledge of API security and lifecycle management, including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, API Keys, IAM, certificates and encryption. You understand AWS networking, hybrid connectivity, VPCs, private endpoints, routing and security groups, and have experience with CI/CD, IaC, DevOps and AI-assisted development.

Just as importantly, you're a strong communicator who can move between technical detail and business outcomes. You know how to bring stakeholders together, challenge constructively, solve problems and keep complex initiatives moving.

Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services or Informatica is a plus, as is experience in healthcare, medical devices, manufacturing, IoT or other regulated environments. AWS certification is desirable.
