AI Enterprise Architect

Role: AI Enterprise Architect

Location: Bangalore & Chennai

As an AI Enterprise Architect you will own the technical vision, platform architecture, and governance framework for all the Enterprise AI Initiatives

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role at the intersection of enterprise architecture, agentic AI systems, and large-scale organizational transformation. You will work directly with engineering, security, and business function leads across the full agentic delivery lifecycle.

Must-Have

• 12+ years in enterprise / solution architecture; 3+ years delivering agentic AI or LLM-based systems in production

• Proven experience with agentic AI: multi-agent orchestration, LLM tool-use and function calling, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and autonomous workflow design at enterprise scale

• Deep fluency with enterprise SaaS integration — ERP, HCM, ATS, ITSM, etc — and cloud-native API/event-driven architecture on Azure and other clouds

• Experience designing human-in-the-loop and human-on-the-loop AI architectures: confidence-based escalation, approval workflows via collaboration channels, and immutable audit design

• Working knowledge of AI security frameworks (OWASP LLM Top 10, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001) translated into concrete system controls

Strong Advantage

• Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or equivalent LLMs at enterprise scale — system prompt design, MCP tool-scope governance, multi-turn context management

• Experience with agentic AI security frameworks: Agentic AI Top 10 (ASI01–ASI10), AISVS 1.0, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act Annex IV

• AI token consumption governance: per-agent attribution, cost anomaly detection, and chargeback models for multi-tenant agentic platforms

• Multi-channel conversational AI: Web, Mobile, Microsoft Teams bot framework, Voice (NLU/ASR/TTS
