To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Fullstack .Net Technical Manager – IT located in Chennai location.
We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Technical Lead who will play a dual role — actively contributing to coding while also mentoring and managing a small technical team.
The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor with deep expertise in .NET Core, React.js, containerization, and application monitoring (ELK Stack). You will lead by example — writing quality code, setting best practices, and guiding the team toward technical excellence.
This position requires strong ownership, the ability to make architectural decisions, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with product, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, and the role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Lead technical design and architecture discussions ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core, C#, and React.js.
- Act as an individual contributor — writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code while mentoring others.
- Manage and guide a small team of developers — conducting code reviews, design reviews, and technical mentoring.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned modules — from requirements and design through deployment and monitoring.
- Manage source control using Git, maintain branching strategies, and enforce best practices in version control.
- Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Integrate and monitor systems using ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for observability and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — QA, DevOps, architects, and product owners — to deliver robust solutions.
- Continuously identify performance bottlenecks and propose optimizations.
- Drive continuous improvement in coding practices, processes, and tools across the team.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 12 - 15 years of experience in Information Technology or related field.
- Backend:
- Expert in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, LINQ, Entity Framework Core
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with SQL Server and database performance tuning
- Frontend:
- Hands-on with React.js, TypeScript, Redux / Context API, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap / Tailwind
- Strong in RESTful API integration and state management
- DevOps / Tools:
- Proficient in Git (GitHub / GitLab / Azure DevOps)
- Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline management
- Monitoring / Logging:
- Hands-on with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized logging and performance insights
- Additional Advantage:
- Experience with Azure / AWS Cloud Services
- Familiarity with Unit Testing Frameworks (xUnit / NUnit / Jest)
- Knowledge of message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
- Exposure to security best practices and API gateway configurations
