Senior Full Stack Technical Lead / Solution Architect (.NET | Angular | Azure | AI)

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Chennai (Madipakkam)

MenThee Technologies Private Limited is a product-based software company specializing in ERP, HRMS, CRM, E-Commerce, Asset Management, Institution Management, AI-powered business solutions, and enterprise application development. We build scalable cloud-based products using the latest Microsoft and AI technologies.

We are looking for passionate technology leaders who enjoy solving complex business problems, mentoring teams, and designing enterprise-scale software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise web applications using Angular and .NET technologies.
• Define application architecture, database architecture, and system integration strategies.
• Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and Development teams using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Mentor developers and establish coding standards, design principles, and best practices.
• Build secure, high-performance, cloud-native applications.
• Participate in requirement analysis and convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and optimize application performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Ensure software quality through unit testing, automated testing, and secure coding practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.

Technical Skills

Mandatory

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, .NET 8+
• Strong experience in Angular (Version 14+ preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Strong SQL Server development skills
• Stored Procedures
