Qualifications & Experience

• Proven leadership experience managing and scaling large technology organizations with 80+ team members, including engineering, QA, DevOps, and support functions.
• Demonstrated success in establishing, growing, and managing offshore delivery centers and technology teams.
• Strong expertise in people management, organizational development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Experience in defining, implementing, and optimizing IT processes, governance frameworks, and operational models to improve efficiency, scalability, and delivery excellence.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Hands-on experience with modern application architectures, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native development, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, networking, security, and software engineering practices.
• Familiarity with technology stacks including C#, .NET, Java, Networking, Cloud Platforms, and Security Technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and business functions.
• Experience managing distributed teams and coordinating delivery across multiple time zones.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities to address complex business and operational challenges.
• Mandatory domain experience in Trading, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Exposure to emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, Generative AI, GitHub Copilot, and AI-driven software engineering practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Desired Profile

A seasoned technology leader with strong expertise in software engineering, cloud adoption, organizational scaling, and delivery management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading large offshore teams, driving technology transformation initiatives, and delivering business value within the Trading, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management domain.

Preferred Certifications

• TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) Certification
• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional or equivalent)
• Additional certifications in Agile, SAFe, PMP, ITIL, Azure, Kubernetes, or Cloud Technologies will be an added advantage.
