Chief Technology Officer - AI

We are looking for a "Chief Technology Officer – AI" to lead the AI transformation journey of a rapidly scaling, global technology & transformation organization.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 20+ Years

We are looking for a senior technology leader to build and scale their AI/agentic operations engine, not a chatbot layer, but production-grade AI agents that actually execute operational work.

Candidates working in US-renowned AI and Large Language Model (LLM) organisations, AI Transformation Leads in large Tech Service organisations, will be given preference.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience shipping AI/LLM- based systems into production with real operational and financial stakes
• Background as CTO/Chief AI Officer/Head of Platform & Delivery Technology at a large services, BPM, or transformation firm (or equivalent built inside a large product company)
• Deep hands-on fluency: agent orchestration, evaluation harnesses, guardrails, retrieval, fine-tuning, cost-per-task, latency, failure modes
• Experience running large engineering/delivery teams across geographies and time zones, including re-skilling talent for AI-native ways of working
• Strong grip on enterprise requirements: data residency, security, auditability, change management
• Commercial fluency, able to price the offering and engage confidently with client CXOs
• Comfortable operating in an ERP-agnostic, model-agnostic environment
