Day-to-Day:

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to join their team onsite in Chattanooga, TN. This individual will support corporate and division retail operations by handling day-to-day operational, reporting, and systems-related tasks in a fast-paced environment. On a daily basis, they will be responsible for entering and maintaining product and pricing information across internal platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms. They will also respond to field requests such as product updates, account support, user access issues, and gift card processing, while assisting customers with account inquiries, balances, and refunds. This person will help maintain master data files and support ongoing updates to internal operating systems, ensuring data integrity and smooth system functionality. The role requires strong collaboration across teams, along with a high level of attention to detail, organization, and the ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently.
