Forming part of the Nuclear UK Capability Leadership Team, the Head of Digital Capability is responsible for defining and delivering Egis Nuclear UK’s digital engineering strategy, ensuring that digital tools, data and ways of working are embedded consistently across all contracts – from existing projects on Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C and Nuclear Waste Management & Decommissioning, through to emerging SMR/AMR, Fusion and Defence sector opportunities.
Beyond current delivery, the role will build a future-facing digital capability that helps Egis Nuclear UK differentiate its offer to clients, improve productivity, and create a recognised centre of excellence for digital engineering in the UK nuclear market.
