Senior Change Manager

Contract position Minimum requirements: - Bachelor's degree in related fields - Master's degree in business administration preferable - 10 years' experience in change management - Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills Responsibilities: - Develop the Change Management Strategy, plan, including supporting artefacts - Plan and manage stakeholder engagements - Set up the Business network - Conduct the Change Impact Assessment and prepare action plans - Mobile business network to support key change Management activities - Liaise with training and communications leads to keep them updated on change activities and impacts - Prepare and Plan readiness assessment - Develop the Training Strategy and Training Needs Analysis for the Jump programme - Develop standards and templates - Plan and deploy sustainable handover to identified resources to ensure business ownership and alignment - Perform ad-hoc quality assurance of training materials and training delivery - Enabling and Supporting the Procurement Team with all communication activities relevant to their vendors and their internal teams - Prepare and customise examples of standard comms for review by agreed parties - Support the One SC Project to successfully deliver the communication messages for the programme and each project - Work with stakeholders groups to identify required activities to support target end state - Manage and organise engagement and communication plan - Prioritise the development of artefacts - Co-ordinate and manage the delivery of all project communications as per the communications plan ensuring consistency of messages and approach - Manage internal project communications - Liaise with the Change Agent Network to co-ordinate and consolidate business wide communications requirements and agree tone / channels etc - Responsible for all Supplier Enablement comms with the support of the Supplier Enablement Lead and the Supplier Enablement Forum
