Head of Product

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Head of Product to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution. The successful candidate will own the product roadmap, collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Business teams, and ensure our products deliver exceptional customer value while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and long-term strategy.
• Own and prioritise the product roadmap.
• Lead product discovery through customer research, market analysis, and data insights.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Translate business goals into product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Define product KPIs and monitor product performance.
• Prioritise features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Drive product innovation and continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor the Product Management team.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Present product strategy and progress to executive leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience.
• 3+ years leading Product teams.
• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, or technology startups.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and product lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and customer-centric product development.
• Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, Productboard, etc.).
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
