The role ensures our core platforms seamlessly integrate with regional healthcare clearinghouses (e.g., KSA/NPHIES, UAE/DHA/DOH/Riayati, Qatar/QHIS), provider health systems (EHR/HIS), and predictive data/AI models while maintaining strict regulatory compliance across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Define and execute the long-term technical architecture and technology roadmap across all product lines (SaaS platforms, rules engines, integration layers).
- Drive the evolution of enterprise architecture—transitioning legacy frameworks to modern, cloud-native microservices architectures.
- Evaluate and select technology stacks, cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure/GCP), framework components, and third-party tools to optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Champion the adoption of AI-assisted coding practices across the engineering organization to accelerate delivery, enforce design consistency, and elevate solution quality.
- 2. Engineering Governance & Delivery
- Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional software development, DevOps, and quality engineering teams across regional offices.
- Validate solution feasibility, design choices, dependencies and impact analysis
- Establish robust engineering practices, including code reviews, automated testing, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and secure coding standards.

- 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/Head of Engineering/Chief Architect) managing multi-disciplinary development teams.
- Demonstrated background in the Healthcare IT / Healthtech / RCM domain, with strong familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards (HL7, FHIR, EHR, Health Information Excahnge (HIE)
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (GCP/AWS/Azure), Microservices, RESTful APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Advanced knowledge of modern backend & frontend frameworks, database technologies (Relational SQL & NoSQL), and data warehousing solutions.
- Proven experience with DevOps methodologies, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong AI and Modern Technology Innovation skills
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decisive execution capabilities.
- Ability to lead and build trust across regional offices in a matrixed environment.
