Ditto, the newest venture launched by Entourage, is putting together a world class team and is in search of a Founding Engineer. This is a rare opportunity to join us at the foundation.

We're seeking a skilled engineer to join our team in Ghent, Belgium's most vibrant tech hub.

As a founding engineer, you help shape the technical vision and product direction. You thrive in a no-nonsense startup environment and understand the unique pace and pressure of early-stage companies. You love delightful products that solve real pains. Ditto obsesses over improving user productivity, and you carry that same obsession.

We're building Ditto with tools that both humans and AI love. You are AI forward and use it to scale yourself across thinking, building, and shipping, allowing you to close the gap between concept and execution faster.

Location: Ghent, Belgium. Like us, you believe in the power of in-person collaboration. Our conviction is that great companies and teams are built together. It's also way more fun.

• You think in systems and pixels
• You wield React.js, NodeJS & TypeScript like second nature
• You are resilient to complexity while shielding the user from it
• You hunt for tools - or build your own - to push engineering further
• You own your work end to end and ship fast
• You spot talent and spread knowledge and skills in your team
