Senior Technical lead - up to £125k + Benefits

A Senior hands-on Technical leadership opportunity, joining a product team for an innovative business delivering interactive SaaS and IoT products. The role has scope to take on wider responsibility and grow the team as part of a scale up phase.

The Senior Technical Lead will play a hands-on leadership role helping improve delivery, engineering process, and functionality for a complex multiplatform product. A hands-on engineering background and a positive approach to AI tooling adoption are essential.

The business offer hybrid working options with offices in the Southeast.

Required experience:

• Technical leadership within a DevOps environment (AWS), improving best practice and delivery
• Team leadership, comfortable leading senior engineers, and remaining hands-on
• A mixed product background; Software, Cloud, Hardware, IoT / Robotics
• Polyglot engineering is desirable or a background in modern languages; Python, Golang, Scala or similar
• AI tooling expertise – advocate of AI with examples of implementation
• Previous start-up or scale up environments is highly desirable

The company have offices in the southeast, commutable from London, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire locations.
