Senior Director of Engineering

As an engineering director of Lovol European R&D Center, you will lead a team to develop the most advanced technologies and products of agricultural machinery to meet the customer needs.

- Experience in the top agricultural companies is preferred

- Collect agriculture machine information, define the product and technology MGPP;

- Manage the product & technology strategy and project management;

- Ensure the cooperation between China and Europe;

- Review the technical proposal and product design;

- Develop high quality supply chain, manufacturing process and quality technology standard ;

- Complete the EU homologation;

- Manage the continuous product improvement;

- Find talent people and build the team;

- Plan and perform annual budget.
