Head of Engineering

We're hiring for 3 senior engineering leadership roles (CTO / Head of Engineering) across high-growth, venture-backed companies spanning fintech, consumer platforms, and design-tech. The Opportunities

1. CTO — Consumer Fintech (Bengaluru): A fintech building a category-defining neobank for a large, underserved consumer segment, enabling secure digital payments and financial literacy at scale.

2. CTO — Design-Tech & Platform Operations (Bengaluru), tech-enabled platform transforming a traditionally unorganised, operations-heavy industry into a predictable, transparent experience at scale.

3. Head of Engineering — Fintech (Delhi): They are redefining credit access for a large working population, offering embedded credit and payments products through direct enterprise integrations.

The Role

As a technology leader in one of these organisations, you'll own the engineering vision and execution — balancing rapid product iteration with the reliability, security, and scale demands of a high-growth venture-backed business. You'll partner directly with founders and leadership to translate business strategy into technical direction, while building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team.

What We're Looking For

• Strong track record in senior engineering leadership (CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Engineering) at a startup or high-growth company
• Experience scaling engineering teams and systems through rapid growth
• Deep technical expertise across modern architectures, cloud infrastructure, and relevant domain systems (fintech, payments, or platform/operations tech)
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability, founder-led environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business goals into scalable technical outcomes
