Lead Product Manager

Airvoice is an international technology company. We develop solutions for monitoring and managing air quality in buildings, on industrial sites and in cities.

We work at the intersection of AI, IoT, hardware, HVAC and data, combining technology, engineering expertise and analytics to help organizations better understand and improve the environments where people live and work.

Airvoice is growing on the international market: the company has teams in Serbia, the UAE and India, and projects are delivered in different countries around the world.

We continue to expand our products, geography and team, and we are looking for a Product Manager / Product Lead who can shape and deliver the next stage of product development.

About the role

Product decisions are currently owned by the CEO and the founder. This does not scale and is the main constraint on growth.

You will take over the product direction and help build the product function practically from scratch: define priorities, understand customer needs, shape the roadmap and connect business objectives with the technical capabilities of the team.

You will work closely with the CEO, Software, Sales and Hardware teams, make decisions and build product processes in a fast growing international company.

What you will do

• Shape product strategy, vision and roadmap.
• Contribute to pricing, go-to-market strategy and the search for product-market fit.
• Run product discovery and identify the most important customer needs.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer and business value.
• Translate business, customer and technical needs into clear product solutions.
• Contribute to the development of products based on AI, IoT, hardware and software.
• Define product metrics and analyze results.
• Build and develop product processes inside the company.

Who we are looking for

• Strong experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B, SaaS, IoT, AI or hardware.
• Strategic thinking and a high level of ownership.
• Ability to work confidently with technical and business teams at the same time.
• Ability to make decisions independently under uncertainty.
• Ability to structure complex problems and build processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English B2+/C1 or higher.

Important to understand

The Airvoice product sits at the intersection of several complex areas: software, AI, IoT, hardware, HVAC and data. You will work with a large number of interconnected tasks, make decisions without complete information, and at the same time balance the interests of customers, the business and the technical team.

But this is exactly why this position has strong potential for professional growth.

You will be able to influence product strategy, build the Product function from scratch and work directly with the company leadership.

For the right candidate the role can grow into Product Lead / Head of Product as Airvoice scales further.
