Zepter International is seeking an exceptional Group Chief Technology Officer / Chief Technology Transformation Officer to take full responsibility for the technology strategy, architecture and execution of our international business. Our technology environment supports multiple countries, companies, sales channels and business models, connecting ERP, CRM, e-commerce, ZepterClub, mobile applications, payments, loyalty, data, infrastructure and cybersecurity.

The new CTO / CTTO’s mandate is clear:

Understand the business. Understand what we have. Simplify it. Integrate it. Improve it. Build what we need next and make it work.

THE MISSION

The Group CTO / CTTO will:

· Define and execute the Group Technology Strategy and target architecture;

· Integrate existing and future platforms into one scalable, secure and efficient digital ecosystem;

· Ensure effective integration with our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment;

· Establish Group-wide standards for architecture, APIs, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure and technology governance;

· Determine what to keep, build, buy, integrate, replace or retire;

· Accelerate the effective use of AI, automation, analytics and data across the business;

· Build and lead a high-performing technology organisation and manage external technology partners;

· Take responsibility for technology priorities, budgets, deadlines and measurable business results.

WHAT WE EXPECT

We are looking for a senior technology leader with proven experience in complex, international and multi-entity environments.

Strong experience across enterprise architecture, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, system integration, cloud, cybersecurity, data and AI is expected.

But qualifications and titles are not enough.

We want to know what you have actually built and delivered.

Together with your CV, present three major technology projects for which you had direct responsibility:

Challenge → Your role → Solution → Scale → Delivery time → Measurable result.

YOUR FIRST 100 DAYS

Assess the existing technology environment.

Define the target architecture.

Identify the gaps and priorities.

Present a clear implementation roadmap.

Then execute it.

We do not need technology for technology’s sake.

Technology must make our business simpler, faster, safer, more measurable and more profitable.

The mandate is Group-wide.

The search is international.

Location is secondary to capability.
