Solution Architecture & Design
- Define and produce detailed solution architecture artefacts (e.g., HLD, LLD, integration specifications) for manufacturing technology implementations, including ERP, MES, and APS, aligned with business transformation roadmaps and enterprise architecture blueprints
- Ensure solution designs are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term digital manufacturing strategy
- Act as a guardian of clean core principles, ensuring all solutions minimize custom development, protect standard ERP, MES, and APS processes, and maintain system upgrade integrity
- Participate in architecture review boards, design authority forum and cross-solution architect forums to ensure alignment of design decisions across the program landscape
- Ensure all solution decisions are traceable to enterprise architecture principles and documented business requirements
- Maintain and govern an architectural decision log capturing key design choices, rationale, constraints, and approved deviations
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, business stakeholders and process owners to translate business needs into effective solution designs
- Support the development of business cases for new IT and digital investments by providing architectural guidance and feasibility assessments
- Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment on requirements, solution impact, and delivery expectations
- Support the effective adoption and optimization of the manufacturing solution landscape, including ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, S/4HANA), APS (Delmia Quintiq), Long term planning (O9) and MES (SAP Digital Manufacturing)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of core manufacturing technology capabilities and solution architecture practices
- Design scalable and secure industrial data pipelines from shopfloor systems to enterprise platforms
- Design real-time and event-driven data architectures supporting shopfloor visibility, monitoring, and analytics (e.g., streaming pipelines, event hubs, Kafka)
- Define reusable architecture patterns, templates, and data models to enable scalable rollouts across multiple factories
- Ensure consistency in integration approaches, connectivity frameworks, and data standards across locations
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, with a proven track record in enterprise software integration and large-scale system implementations
- Experience in manufacturing technology environments (ERP, MES, APS, or industrial IT/OT landscapes) is a plus
- A proven change leader with experience driving large-scale digital transformation and technology adoption across complex organizations
- A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across IT, business, and operations teams, and enjoys exploring new ideas and approaches
- A confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and multiple business units to align on architecture and technology direction
- Fluent in both Thai and English with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences
