We are looking for the Vice President, Manufacturing Technology to lead our Manufacturing Technology team based in Thailand and Vietnam and oversee the implementation of Industry 4.0 to transform Pandora into a front runner in digitalisation and automation.
Your Role As Vice President, Manufacturing Technology
As our Vice President, Manufacturing Technology, you will oversee all aspects of manufacturing technology, ensuring high-quality delivery, innovation, and optimization of manufacturing processes. You will build and support a team of leaders and help them deliver results through coaching and inspiring leadership that builds trust, engagement, and belonging.
The role is based in Bangkok, Thailand where we have one of our crafting facilities. We have another in Lamphun, Thailand and a third opening in Binh Duong, Vietnam in 2026.
Responsibilities Include
- Lead, define and execute the Mech&Tech strategy in collaboration with Crafting & Supply to drive growth, newness and efficiencies at scale
- Drives the implementation of smart factory solutions, including IoT integration, digital twins, and AI-driven manufacturing optimization
- Ensures alignment of manufacturing technology objectives with the company’s strategy and transformation goals
- Drives stakeholder engagement and represent Digital and Technology in the Crafting and Supply executive leadership team
- Ensure high operational stability and security standards for all aspects in Manufacturing
- Build, lead and mentor a growing world class technology team who delivers innovative products at pace
- Extensive experience working within Manufacturing Technology
- Significant leadership experience in people management roles at senior level
- Proven track record and expertise in implementing Industry 4.0 solutions, including IoT, AI, and digital twins
- Experience and a proven track record with large and complex transformation programmes and technology implementation
- A strong people leader coupled with strong stakeholder management and ability to lead global cross-functional matrix teams
- Passion for continuous learning, mentoring, growing, and empowering teams
