Job Description

We are looking for a U.S.-based founding member to join Imali at an early stage and help shape the direction of the platform. This role involves working closely with the founder and Broos Action Inc to establish strong operational, technical, and strategic foundations.

You will play a key role in decision-making, product direction, and scaling the platform with best practices aligned to U.S. standards.

This is a high-responsibility role suited for someone who is comfortable working in an early-stage environment and is motivated by long-term impact.

Compensation is equity-based through a SAFE agreement.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on product and platform strategy at an early stage.
  • Help define and implement scalable operational and technical systems.
  • Provide input on compliance, structure, and best practices aligned with U.S. standards.
  • Support growth initiatives, partnerships, and overall platform direction.
  • Work closely with other leaders to drive execution and long-term vision.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. resident (strict requirement).
  • Experience in fintech, startups, or technology platforms.
  • Strong understanding of scaling systems or business operations.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of key decisions.
  • Interest in equity-based roles and long-term growth.
