We're looking for a Founding Software Engineer to help build the platform powering autonomous AI agents already being used by some of the world's largest insurance companies. This isn't about maintaining legacy systems—it's about creating the core infrastructure every future product will rely on.

What you'll be working on:

✅ Building the agent execution platform (tool orchestration, session lifecycle, provider routing)

✅ Designing evaluation systems to catch regressions before customers ever see them

✅ Improving developer productivity through AI-powered workflows, internal tooling, and CI/CD

✅ Owning reliability, scalability, observability, and platform architecture from the ground up

One of the most exciting parts of this role is the pace. Customer problems are identified early in the week, solutions are designed, AI coding agents help accelerate development, and features are often shipped within days.

We're looking for engineers who have:

• 4+ years building production software

• Strong experience with TypeScript and SQL

• Built reliable distributed systems (retries, circuit breakers, graceful degradation, observability)

• Experience in regulated or security-conscious environments

• A founder's mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
