Technical Architect (all genders)
Indexed description
- Böblingen, Germany
- Hybrid
- Full-time

What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end architecture of our largest enterprise engagements, from object and data model through to integration design.
- Introduce an architecture review gate so that no significant build starts without a documented, reviewed design.
- Cut unplanned rework by finding the integration and data-model problems in design instead of in build.
- Design production-grade agentic solutions on Claude API, MCP, and HubSpot as the data layer, including data access, evaluation, and cost control.
- Build a reusable library of integration and data-model patterns that shortens every following project.
- Lead technically in presales: you shape the solution and the estimate behind our enterprise proposals.
- Raise the technical level around you through architecture reviews, deep-dives, and documentation engineers actually use.
- 5 or more years designing architectures for enterprise CRM or comparable business platforms, including at least one multi-brand or multi-business-unit landscape
- Hands-on integration design between CRM and surrounding systems (ERP, PIM, shop, data platforms) with a clear view on when to use which pattern
- Experience taking an LLM-based or agentic solution into production, not just prototypes, including data access, evaluation, and cost
- Architecture documents and decision records you have authored yourself, which engineers built from and clients signed off
- Ability to hold a technical position with client-side architects and IT leadership, in German and English
- Solid estimation judgement: you can translate a design into PT and know which choices protect margin
- HubSpot platform depth (custom objects, data governance, permission models, CMS)
- Background in custom development or engineering before moving into architecture
- Consulting or agency experience with multiple parallel clients
Tech Stack
HubSpot (CRM, custom objects, CMS), Claude API and MCP, Jira, Confluence, Forecast.it, plus the client-side systems you will integrate against (ERP, PIM, shop platforms, data warehouses) and modern AI-assisted development tooling.
