We're building out our engineering leadership across multiple pods, each solving a different problem for the business. Here's what's open:

Engineering Manager, Platform You'll own the infrastructure and tooling that every other team builds on. DevOps background required. You've lived in CI/CD, cloud infra, and reliability, and you want to lead a team that keeps the lights on and the builds fast.

Engineering Manager, WAV Pod Our top priority hire. You'll lead the pod behind our advisor facing and web visibility products. Marketing tech background required. You understand how growth, SEO, and marketing systems intersect with product engineering.

Engineering Manager, M&G Pod A generalist leadership role. SaaS background is fine here, we care more about strong engineering management fundamentals than a narrow domain match.

Engineering Manager, Supplier Payments (Finance) You'll lead the team building the payment infrastructure that connects us to our supply side. Fintech background required. Payments, ledgers, reconciliation, you know this world.

Senior Engineering Manager, Finance A more senior leadership role overseeing both of our finance pods, sitting above the Supplier Payments EM role above. You'll set technical and people strategy across finance engineering as a whole. Fintech background required.
