VP, Store Technology

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Vice President, Store Technology is responsible for the strategy, delivery, support, optimization, and continuous improvement of all restaurant and retail technology platforms across the enterprise. This role owns the technology ecosystem that enables franchisees and operators to efficiently run their restaurants while improving profitability, reducing complexity, and enhancing the guest experience.

The VP, Store Technology leads POS, kitchen systems, payment processing, restaurant back-office solutions, labor scheduling, demand forecasting, store networking and infrastructure, digital menu boards, security technologies, and enterprise systems supporting franchisee and field operations.
