Senior AI Engineering Manager

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineering Manager working on AI Products, this a full stack environment with exposure to both the frontend and the backend. This is role to lead a new small and dynamic senior level team being created for full AI enablement and end to end Agentic AI Solutions.

This is an end-to-end role touching upon all elements in the development lifecycle with a core focus on GenAI, Agentic Systems and LLMs. On top of this you will managing the delivery of the team, actively contributing to strategy and be the people manager.

This role is a hybrid role in Texas and does require an on-site presence at least once per week or a few times per month.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Leadership - Technical Leading and people management.
• 5+ years of Fullstack Software Development with Java or Python on the backend and Angular, React on the frontend.
• Strong experience in AWS or Azure and cloud native architectures
• Fundamental understanding of LLM application, Agentic AI Systems, and GenAI.
• Strong experience with Python AI assisted coding/engineering
• Strong product mindset - Big picture thinking and strategic decision making
• Architectural experience actively contributing to decision making

Compensation: Up to 260K compensation package

Hybrid: Only required for a few days through the month
