Head of Engineering - Climate Tech - Up to £170k Base + Equity - London (On-site, 3x a week)

Are you a hands on Head of Engineering or Engineering manager with an interest in Climate Tech?

It’s a genuinely exciting point to join, with strong commercial traction, a growing team, and the opportunity to have a major impact on both the product and engineering culture as the business scales.

Location: London (3x a week)

Comp: Up to £170k Base + Equity (depending on experience)

The role:

• Scaling the existing product and engineering function to support rapid growth
• Embedding AI-native ways of working across the engineering organisation
• Sit closely with the CEO and drive key strategic decisions,

We’re looking for:

• Hands-on leader who can balance strategy, culture, and execution
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-intensity environments
• Genuinely AI-native, using LLMs and modern AI tooling as part of their daily workflow.
• Tech stack: Python / Typescript / NodeJ.S
