- Lead technical domain strategy by actively challenging architectural choices, Product roadmap, driving complex backend refactoring, and restructuring technical debt.
- Dig into delivery and technical bottlenecks with a true "hands-on" mindset - understanding system design, architecture, and performance metrics without needing to write daily production code.

- Diploma ideally in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical domain.
- Confirmed experiences in engineering management with a focus on handling scaling milestones within hyper-growth companies product companies or scale-ups environment.
- Strong engineering curiosity and system design; you bring the technical depth to challenge estimates, audit architectural trade-offs, and diagnose performance drops beyond surface-level reporting.
