What You'll Own

• Core Architecture: Define the technical roadmap, balancing rapid iteration with resilient system design for high-throughput AI workloads.
• Team Building: Partner directly with the founders to hire the initial engineering, infrastructure, and applied AI teams from scratch.
• Hands-On Code: Lead from the front-reviewing complex codebases, architecting core data pipelines, and optimizing model serving when bottlenecks hit.
• Stakeholder & Venture Alignment: Translate product architecture and milestones into clear business value for investors and enterprise clients.
• Security & Scale: Establish data privacy frameworks and scaling protocols for selling into heavily regulated sectors.

Who You Are

• AI-Native Builder: A hands-on technologist who leverages modern AI coding agents and automated workflows to prototype, test, and ship infrastructure at hyper-velocity-treating code generation as a tool for rapid architecture rather than manual line-by-line typing.
• Deep Technical Roots: Strong foundation in distributed systems, AWS/GCP, and modern AI/data stacks (LLM orchestration, vector databases, or high-performance compute).
• Startup Track Record: Previous background as a founding CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Engineering in early-stage startups (Seed to Series B).
• Executive Communicator: Able to seamlessly bridge deep-tech engineering concepts with commercial strategy.
